Lighter roasts have a citric acidity with some hints of caramel and nuttiness. Medium roasts boast less acidity with some hints of chocolate while Darker roasts are a bit smoky and have a bakers chocolate tone. All roasts are equally good and you can't go wrong.Roast Recommendations:
