The Ngozi region is in the northeast of Burundi and has a similar elevation of Kayanza, between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level. This bean is naturally processed and often takes 45 to 60 days to completes with the high and cool climate in Ngozi.
Hints of lemon and wine acidity with red fruit tones. There are some slight chocolate undertones that are more noticeable with a medium roast. The cup is smooth and balanced.
Light or medium is recommended. However the suggestion would be medium if you prefer more chocolate undertones than fruity undertones.
